Interns must be:
At least 18 years old
A current undergraduate or graduate student at a college/university in the United States and able to receive course credit
Willing to commit 5-10 hours per week to track-specific and professional development activities

Receive course credit for their participation
Engage in 1:1 and group career exploration and professional development activities
Participate in community-building activities with their internship cohort and company leadership

Yes. While there may be opportunities to engage in in-person events and gatherings, all required programming will be entirely remote.

Our program has UX/Product Design, Marketing and Community Partnerships, and Clinical Research tracks.
UX/Product Design Track
Interns in the UX/Product Design Track will assist with conducting UX research and usability tests. This track is ideal for candidates interested in a career in UX research or design, product management, or software engineering.
Marketing and Community Partnerships Track
Interns in the Marketing and Partnerships Track will assist with conducting market research, creating web and social media content, and supporting community outreach and partnerships. This track is ideal for candidates interested in a career in graphic design, marketing, communications, or business.
Clinical Research Track
Interns in the Clinical Research Track will assist with conducting clinical research, data analysis, grant writing, and disseminating research findings (via internal presentations, manuscripts, or conference presentations). This track is ideal for candidates interested in a career in academic research or clinical services, especially clinical psychology, psychiatry, clinical social work, or counseling.
Applicants may indicate interest in multiple tracks on the application form but will be expected to rank their preferred track.
